Health & Safety

Total Access believes in effective Health & Safety systems to keep our business running smoothly, reducing injuries and downtime, and improving our productivity.  We provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees throughout all Total Access locations.

Our Health & Safety Committee comprises 8 representatives across all locations who are trained at various levels on workplace health and safety functions.  Our representatives clearly understand the importance of their training and what their responsibilities are.  Monthly minutes of these meetings are shared with all employees, where feedback is open and recommendations can be fed back to the Committee.

All employees based onsite are Site Safe registered with many also Gold Card certified.

Weekly Toolbox Meetings are held by each team throughout all branches, where Health & Safety is fixed agenda item.
