Careers at Total Access cover a lot of ground — machine operators and drivers, scaffolders and heights crews, workshop and yard staff, trainers, and the office people who keep it all moving. Some come in with tickets and years behind them; others start with the right attitude and earn their tickets with us.

Room to move
Five branches and four teams. People move between access, scaffolding, heights and the workshop as their tickets and interests grow.
We train our own
We are an approved training centre. Getting your tickets does not mean going somewhere else to do it.
Safety is not a poster
We are on call 24/7 in an industry where getting it wrong hurts people. Our processes reflect that, and we expect you to hold us to them.
