Our terms of service

Our full terms of service set out the conditions that apply to every hire, and they form part of your hire agreement with us. Read them before you book so there are no surprises when the machine arrives on site.

They cover how long a hire period runs and how it is charged, who is responsible for the machine while it is in your care, damage, loss and insurance, delivery and collection, fuel and consumables, and what happens if a machine has to come back early or stay on longer.

If anything in the document is unclear, or you need a copy on your company letterhead for a subcontractor pack, get in touch and we will sort it.
